Galaxite Minecraft SMP Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are only granted under certain circumstances and are subject to review by the Galaxite administration team.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Expendable or consumable items (e.g., in-game hearts, temporary boosts, etc.).
  • Services already rendered (e.g., rank upgrades applied, custom builds completed, etc.).
  • Items lost due to player actions (e.g., death, trading, misplacement, etc.).
  • Bans or suspensions due to violation of server rules.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Submit a ticket on our Discord server or via our support email (galaxite@solarius.me).
  2. Provide proof of purchase (transaction ID, receipt, etc.).
  3. Clearly state the reason for the refund request.

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Galaxite team.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Galaxite SMP and its staff are not liable for:

  • Any in-game losses due to bugs, glitches, or server issues (unless caused by direct server-side errors).
  • Player actions leading to loss of items, currency, or progress.
  • Third-party payment issues (e.g., PayPal disputes, bank declines, etc.).
  • Changes in server policies, features, or shutdowns.

By making a purchase, you agree that all transactions are final unless a refund is explicitly approved under this policy.

4. Modifications to This Policy

Galaxite reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
